I am currently doing the p90x exercise program. I am exhausted after the workouts so I am considering starting to take the recommended energy drink or something similar such as Accelerade. I am NOT talking about gatorade or one of the high sugar commercial athletic drinks.

These are relatively high calorie though, so I am concerned about its affect on my goal of weight loss. Should I be drinking something like Accelerade or just drinking water. Are there any lower calorie alternatives?
