Without going into details, I have a really bad stomach that simply cannot take caffeine in any shape or form. I used to love coffee for the way the caffeine would energize me. I love Gatorade and I drink it all the time. At first my goal was to drink only one soda a day and now all I drink is Gatorade. My question is, I have a bottle of water maybe only three times a week while I drink the sports drink all day. Is this all right? I know water is good for you and you should drink a lot of it, but I just like Gatorade better.
