Which alimony and/or drinks that you darà pià ¹ energy without to damage your body? it feeds natural not like energetic drinks.

    Whole wheat bread. Healthy and it has carbs for energy. Peanut butter or nuts for protein. Make a PB& J with whole wheat bread and a fruit spread. The natural sugar in the fruit will give you energy also. Drink V8 if you can stand it.

    I use Advocare products. They don’t have any of the ephedra or junk like that. If you specifically want energy drinks, try the Spark. That is my absolute fav product by them. I use it before my work out and it is sugar free. Good Luck!

    Foods with a low glycaemic index like wholemeal bread with lots of seeds. Porridge. This means it has a lot of energy but unlike energy drinks it releases the energy slowly so you don’t get a sugar rush and then felt tired. E.g Instead of using sugar in tea start using honey.

    Nuts is the other energy booster, any kind.
