What’s a good routine for building muscle in the major muscle groups?

I’m in 8th grade, and i was wondering if anyone had a good routine for building muscle in the major groups like abs, chest, arms, legs, shoulders, etc. And how many days a week i should be doing the exersises. Thanks.

well you are in the perfect position to join a sport because coaches can teach you more than even I know, but as for the basic muscle groups, benching(chest), military presses(shoulders), squats(legs), curls(biceps), sit-ups(abs) and probably push-ups(basically the whole upper body) are all essential.

do atleast 3 exercises for each muscle. like biceps, do barbell curls ( 3 sets 6-8 reps), dumb bell curls ( 3 sets 6-8 reps), hammer curls or something like that ( 3 sets 6-8 reps) but work on 2 muscles a day.
bicep and triceps are good pairs
so u do barbell curls first,
then close grip bench press for triceps.
one bicep, one tricep u get wat im sayin?
and try to do ( 50 push ups everymorning, 25+ crunches) cept sat. and sun. thats wat i do and im starting to see results.
